Job summary

V2X Inc. seeks an experienced ordnance supervisor to maintain and service aircraft armament equipment, perform tests and manage ordnance stores. You will support squadron operations at the O-Level on multiple aircraft types and lead a team performing heavy lifts per USN procedures.

Requirements include ten years in ordnance loading supervision (three in last decade on similar aircraft), AO C school, and the ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance. Travel may be required; shifts vary accordingly.

Qualifications

• Ten years supervising ordnance loading on aircraft, with three within last 10 years on similar aircraft.
• Able to certify to conventional/experimental ordnance loading procedures.
• Must meet and sustain all physical requirements.
• Must have completed AO C school and maintain DoD records.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service aircraft armament equipment, upload/download ordnance stores and perform system tests as required.
• Work at O-Level maintenance on assigned aircraft types; assist ordnance crew leader and certified QASO.
• Ensure safe, correct operations in support of RDT&E programs; qualify on all T/M/S aircraft assigned to VX-31.
• Routine lifting above OSHA standards; team lifts up to 167 pounds per member per USN procedures.
