HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Air National Guard (ANG) F-16 Mission Tactics Trainer (MTT) simulators in Mesa AZ. This role is responsible for project data analysis scheduling reporting and coordination to ensure successful execution and efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and experience supporting government or defense-related contracts.

What you will do

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects
• Serves as liaison between project management and planning project team and line management
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress
• Intervention and problem solving with project managers line managers and clients.
• Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures.
• Setting up and maintaining files.
• Arranging meetings and conferences.
• Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage.
• Gathers compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisors assignment.
• Special Projects related to general business needs.
• Intermediate level skills with Microsoft 365 including Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook and SharePoint.

What you must have

• Bachelors degree or higher in a related field (0 years of experience required) or a High School Diploma / Equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience in project coordination administrative support scheduling and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Requirements

• Prior experience working on DoD contracts.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements

Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
