Top Aces Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Technician II to perform intermediate to advanced maintenance on F-16 aircraft at Luke AFB, AZ. You will apply expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex aircraft systems while adhering to FAA standards and company policies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience, familiarity with F-16 platforms, and ability to work nights and travel as needed. Strong documentation and tool control are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven skill in assigned maintenance specialty and deep familiarity with aircraft systems.
• Ability to work independently and within a team while demonstrating sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Proficient in interpreting technical documents, maintenance procedures, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Company policies and FAA airworthiness standards; train subordinates accordingly.
• Perform maintenance and repair of aircraft components including engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Use technical data, maintenance manuals, and blueprints to diagnose and resolve equipment or aircraft malfunctions.
• Assist in scheduling, material support coordination, and overall production management.
