Position at LHH (Global)

Ezra Coach (part-time)

The primary responsibility of the Ezra Coach is to provide professional coaching services to Ezra customers. Using the LHH/Ezra coaching methodology, the Ezra coach will work with professionals within our customer organizations to identify and achieve work-related performance goals and assist leaders at all levels in transitioning smoothly to new roles.

The Ezra Coach will utilize virtual platforms to coach participants online. Comfort with coaching in a virtual environment is essential for successful engagements.

Reporting Relationships:

• This position reports to the Coach Operations Manager.

Direct Reports:

• None

Major Responsibilities

• Coach individuals at various levels within client organizations, including executives, VPs, Directors, and front-line management employees.
• Assist clients in realizing their growth potential and adapting their thinking to improve performance and address specific issues.
• Complete all Ezra administrative requirements, such as program forms.
• Use Ezra technology and platforms to support coaching projects.
• Participate in Ezra/LHH training and professional development activities.

Required Experience/Characteristics

• Significant business and coaching experience in a corporate or entrepreneurial setting.
• ICF certification preferred, or proof of at least 200 hours of coach-specific training from an accredited program.
• Availability of at least 10 hours per week.
• Suitable home office with adequate internet bandwidth.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with online technology for virtual coaching.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
• Understanding of Organizational Development & Organizational Effectiveness.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Collaborative team player.
• Familiarity with 360-degree assessments and other inventories.
• High personal credibility aligned with Ezra/LHH values.
• Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
