Position at LHH (Global)

Ezra Coach (part time)

The primary responsibility of the Ezra Coach will be to provide professional coaching services to Ezra customers. Utilizing the LHH/Ezra coaching methodology, the Ezra coach will work with professionals within our customer organizations to identify and achieve work-related performance goals and/or assist leaders at all levels to transition smoothly to new roles.

The Ezra Coach will conduct coaching sessions through an online platform. Comfort with virtual coaching environments is essential for success.

Reporting Relationships:

• This position reports to the Coach Operations Manager

Direct Reports:

• None

Major Responsibilities

• Coaching clients at various levels, including executives, VPs, Directors, and front-line employees
• Helping clients realize their growth potential and adjust their thinking to improve performance and address specific issues
• Completing all Ezra administrative requirements, such as program forms
• Using Ezra technology and platforms to support coaching engagements
• Participating in Ezra/LHH training and professional development

Required Experience/Characteristics

• Significant coaching and business experience in corporate or entrepreneurial settings
• ICF certification preferred or proof of 200+ hours of coach-specific training from an accredited program
• Availability of at least 10 hours per week
• Suitable home office with reliable internet
• Management experience preferred
• Proficiency with online technology and virtual coaching
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
• Understanding of Organizational Development & Effectiveness
• Strong time and project management skills
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset
• Familiarity with 360 assessments and personality inventories
• High credibility and alignment with Ezra/LHH values
• Advanced degree in a related field preferred
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
