National Vision, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Eyeglass Manager at America’s Best in Granger, IN. You will oversee daily store operations, lead optical staff, manage inventory, and drive sales performance while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Optical sales experience; supervising experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Strong understanding of store operations and standards for success.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, for team management.
• Strong organizational skills for planning and monitoring progress toward goals.
• Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems of varied scope.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (P&L).
• Oversee eyeglass department efficiency and policy compliance.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by all associates.
• Review quality standards, remakes, and enforce policies.
• Provide store reporting to General Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office.
