LensCrafters in Maryland is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping patients select frames, discuss prescriptions, and coordinate measurements with an Optician. You will work as part of a team to meet sales goals and maintain an organized store environment.

The role requires strong communication, accuracy with technology, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.
Able to work with new technology accurately.
Strong sales skills and goal orientation.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Self-motivated with ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
Recommend lenses and coatings based on optical prescriptions.
Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate frames with measurements.
Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
Maintain a positive store environment and organized displays.
Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
