Job summary

LensCrafters in the Philadelphia area is seeking a full-time sales associate to support the practice by ensuring unsurpassed patient experiences when selecting eyewear or other products. You will greet patients, assess needs, describe features, and help maintain displays with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, guiding selections, operating the POS system, and delivering friendly service while ensuring timely pickup of purchases and accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong selling skills and effective communication.
• Familiarity with technology including POS and patient record systems.
• Willingness to adapt to new technology and processes.
• Strong listener and conversational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide warm, urgent service to meet needs.
