Job summary

LensCrafters is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in our eyewear department. You will help customers select frames, discuss lens options, and ensure accurate measurements with support from the on-site opticians.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, good communication, and comfort with technology. This role supports a dynamic team in a fast-paced store environment with opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Able to sell through use of sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivated customer relationships and new business.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory, ensuring displays are attractive and organized.
• Contribute to an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
