Job summary

Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring a casual part-time Retail Sales Associate in a busy eyewear environment. You will deliver outstanding customer service, build strong client relationships and meet sales targets by applying product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably eyewear and/or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be punctual and reliable; dependability is essential.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Team player who is collaborative, adaptable and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and build lasting relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Make personalized recommendations and upsell/cross-sell to achieve targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and back-of-house areas.
• Provide omnichannel support for seamless in-store and online experiences.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs as needed.
