Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a part-time Sales Associate to create an outstanding optical experience for guests. You’ll combine product knowledge, relationship-building, and a customer-first mindset to meet needs and drive value for guests.

You’ll become a vision expert, recommend eyewear solutions, and grow through hands-on training while collaborating with a supportive team in a fast-paced retail setting. This role emphasizes inclusion and a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key.
• Sales-focused and able to engage customers to drive purchases.
• Comfortable using technology to enhance checkout and customer experience while staying accurate with transactions.
• Interest in eyewear and fashion trends to help customers find their best look.
