Job summary

Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, seeks Sales Consultants for our store location in California. You will greet customers, identify needs, and guide them through our eyewear selection in a fast-paced environment with a generous earning potential through personal sales commission.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• The skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet our patients and customers as they enter the store, identify needs and provide available promotional products and services.
• Perform pre-testing as needed.
• Assist patients and customers to choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Attain sales goals established while complying with company and local policies and procedures.
• Ensure all customers are satisfied; resolve questions and provide solutions.
• Adhere to quality control standards including OSHA and safety requirements.
• Maintain brand standards with basic housekeeping.
• Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Notify management of equipment issues and order-related problems.
• Track delivery time commitments to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
