For Eyes, part of Luxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate in the Glen Allen, VA area. You will drive sales and ensure every customer has an exceptional eyewear experience, assisting with frame selection and measurements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to learn and use new technology accurately.
• Strong selling skills with accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription knowledge to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate frames with measurements.
• Take measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Foster a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Treat customers and colleagues with respect to support an inclusive culture.
