Job summary

LensCrafters in Madison, WI is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional eye-care shopping experience. You will cultivate relationships, recommend frames and lenses, and support patients through measurements and selections.

This role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy with sales targets, and a welcoming store environment. Previous retail or customer service experience and comfort with point-of-sale systems are preferred; training provided on products and procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.
Ability to sell and meet sales goals.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated with multitasking in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
Utilizes optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
Assists patients in selecting frames and coordinates frames with optical measurements.
Conducts measurements using optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
Contributes to a positive store environment and fosters professional relationships with staff.
