Stanton Optical in Texas is seeking a Sales Consultant to create an easy, memorable eyewear shopping experience for every patient. You will greet customers, identify needs, recommend eyewear options within budget, and help complete orders with accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.
• Optical experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to provide an easy, memorable experience.
• Assist customers in choosing eyewear that fits their budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescriptions and resolve customer issues.
• Meet sales goals while following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain OSHA and safety requirements and ensure brand standards in-store and lab areas.
• Edge lenses, assemble frames, and ensure timely delivery of eyewear.
• Coordinate with management on equipment issues and order accuracy.
• Keep track of delivery times to patients to ensure punctual service.
• Other duties as assigned
