Job summary

Now Optics d/b/a Stanton Optical is seeking a friendly Sales Consultant for our Idaho stores. You will greet customers, identify eyewear needs, and guide them through our promotional products and services to fulfill eyewear needs.

You will assist customers in choosing eyewear within budget, troubleshoot prescription questions, and help ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. Prior retail sales and optical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team.
• Effective communication with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs to offer eyewear options.
• Assist customers in choosing eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription questions and resolve complaints.
• Achieve sales goals while following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic lab tasks to expedite orders.
• Ensure timely delivery and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Follow safety standards and keep work areas clean and organized.
