The role emphasizes earning potential through a dynamic commission structure and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet customers, identify needs, and help choose eyewear, while achieving sales targets and maintaining brand and safety standards. Previous optical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service with track record of meeting sales goals in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and identify their needs for an easy, memorable experience.
• Help customers choose eyewear within their budget and care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues.
• Resolve complaints and provide solutions.
• Meet sales goals while following policies and procedures.
• Maintain OSHA and safety standards.
• Keep brand standards in lab area and report malfunctions.
• Ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Perform simple repairs and edge lenses as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
