Rosin Eyecare is recruiting a friendly retail eyewear associate in Chicago to deliver exceptional patient experiences while helping customers choose eyewear and related products. You will greet patients, assess needs, and guide selections with confidence and courtesy.

You will operate the POS system, process transactions, maintain attractive displays, and ensure accurate records. The role emphasizes selling skills, clear communication, and tech-savviness with eyewear systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Effective selling skills.
• Familiarity with POS and patient record systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients warmly and shows urgency in service.
• Explores patient needs and links to eyewear offerings.
• Asks clarifying questions and consults with the Optician as needed.
• Describes features/benefits of products using the proper tools.
• Operates the point-of-sale system and processes transactions.
• Maintains displays, inventory, and keeps assets secure.
• Ensures pickup timelines, seeks feedback, and asks for referrals.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Practice Manager.
