Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs and maintain visual standards
• Problem-solve for customer issues and involve management as needed
• Manage complex customer service with VIP clientele and ensure retention
• Stay informed about current product assortment and act as brand ambassador
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
• Adhere to professional regulations, internal rules and code of conduct
• Attend work meetings and maintain punctuality
