Target Optical in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build brand loyalty. You will greet guests, answer questions about frames and lenses, and help maintain attractive displays while staying informed about current product assortments.

Formación

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
• Self-motivated, team player.

Responsabilidades

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers.
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs and maintain visual standards.
• Resolve customer issues and involve management as needed.
• Manage VIP clientele with high-touch service to encourage retention.
• Stay up-to-date on product assortment to inform customers.
• Assist with opening and closing duties when needed.
• Comply with professional regulations, internal rules and code of conduct.
