Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations and sales goals. You’ll help customers choose eyewear, dispense glasses and contacts, and educate on care while maintaining accurate records and answering calls.

The role involves keeping the store clean and merchandised, assisting with inventory, and performing other duties as assigned. Sundays off in some locations; benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
