Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to provide a memorable experience.
• Assist patients in choosing eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve customer complaints.
• Meet sales goals while complying with company and local policies.
• Maintain quality control and brand standards, including OSHA requirements.
• Support lab activities to ensure timely, accurate order delivery.
• Keep track of delivery times and ensure 100% on-time service.
