Job summary

Luxottica's Target Optical in Huntsville is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build brand loyalty by greeting guests, guiding them to the right eyewear, and staying informed on the latest styles.

You will handle high-touch VIP service, maintain visual standards, and collaborate with management to ensure smooth store operations, punctuality, and compliant conduct. 1 year of sales or customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, team player

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers
• Inform merchandisers on stocking needs
• Ensure all visual standards set forth by management and the company are always maintained
• Problem-solve for any customer issues and loop in management for assistance
• Manage complex customer service situations with VIP clients to ensure retention
• Remain up-to-date on current product assortment to act as an informed ambassador of the brand
• Actively listen and follow management instructions
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed
• Comply with professional regulations and company code of conduct
• Attend and participate in work meetings
• Maintain shift punctuality and communicate obstacles to the manager
• Serve as an ambassador to the brand through locale connections and culture
