Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an amazing customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, greeting and serving customers.
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs and maintain visual standards.
• Solve customer issues and involve management when needed.
• Provide high-touch service to VIP clientele and foster loyalty.
• Stay informed about product assortment and act as a brand ambassador.
• Follow management instructions and attend meetings as required.
• Be punctual, dependable, and communicate obstacles to the manager.
• Represent the brand and connect with local communities.
