Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations. You will help customers choose eyewear based on lifestyle and budget, dispense glasses and contacts, and educate on care while keeping accurate records.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training.
• Educate customers on eyewear care and lens maintenance.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and handle incoming calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals.

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
• In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials. Job duties and work practices may vary to meet these requirements.
