America's Best, part of National Vision, is looking for a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and achieving sales goals.

As a team member, you will help customers select eyewear, dispense eyewear, educate on care, maintain records, and keep the store clean and merchandised to brand standards. Some locations may require licenses; Sundays are closed.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to schedule needs

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
• In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials. Job duties and work practices may vary to meet these requirements
