Triangle Vision Optometry in Charlotte, part of TeamVision within EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Eyecare Sales Associate to greet patients, guide eyewear selections, and deliver exceptional service. You will work to position the practice as the premier destination for vision care, coordinating with opticians and doctors to meet patient needs.

This role emphasizes product knowledge, accurate lens fitting, timely pickups, and maintaining displays.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Familiarity with technology such as POS and patient record systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet all patients with a warm welcome and provide attentive service.
• Explore patient needs and link to practice offerings, including eye exams.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and describe features/benefits using proper tools.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately.
• Ensure displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
• Adhere to attendance, timekeeping, and company policies.
