LensCrafters is seeking a Sales Associate in Terre Haute, Indiana to deliver exceptional customer experiences in eyewear sales. You will apply prescription knowledge to recommend lenses, assist with frame picks, and ensure accurate measurements with the Optician.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology with accuracy.
• Ability to meet sales goals and communicate effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription knowledge to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate measurements with the Optician.
• Take measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory, keeping displays organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
