LensCrafters is part of EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in eyewear and lenses. We are seeking a Sales Associate in Vermont to provide an exceptional customer experience, help customers select frames, lenses and coatings, and coordinate with the optician for precise measurements.

The role emphasizes building relationships, achieving sales goals, and contributing to a welcoming store environment. A High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years in retail or customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math skills.
• Ability to sell with accountability for sales results and goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by building relationships.
• Use prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in frame selection and coordinate with measurements.
• Take measurements using optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and professional relationships with staff.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
