Job summary

Visionworks of America is looking for a Retail Eyewear Specialist/Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our store and guide patients through their eyewear journey with a simple, human, and bold approach.

You will help customers pick products, measure for fit, restock and support daily store operations while aiming to meet sales goals. HS diploma or equivalent preferred; full-time role with paid benefits and a competitive pay rate of $9.95–$13.18 per hour.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time
• Executeday-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship
