Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. seeks a Visionworks Retail Eyewear Specialist/Retail Sales Associate in Middletown, KY. This team member represents the brand and guides customers through the eyewear journey, ensuring a simple, human, and bold shopping experience.

Responsibilities include achieving daily sales goals, recommending appropriate products, taking measurements for eyewear, and maintaining product knowledge through ongoing training to ensure accurate first-time fitting.

Qualifications

• Relevant customer or patient experience is preferred but not required.
• HS diploma or GED or equivalent related job experience.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engages with patients/customers and recommends products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measures patients/customers for eyewear and maintains product/optical knowledge through continuous training to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Performs day-to-day store operations to support financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.

The Role:

A Visionworks Retail Eyewear Specialist/Retail Sales Associate is the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey

• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time
