Qualifications

• One year of retail or sales experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver strong customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate brand knowledge and product information to customers.
• Build connections with customers to encourage engagement and loyalty.
• Uphold customer service initiatives and store standards.
• Assist with processing, restocking, and inventory monitoring.
• Support floor movement, merchandising, and cleanliness of floor and warehouse.
• Organize warehouse labeling and placement for efficiency.
• Lead store opening/closing procedures when needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
