Job summary

Optician / Customer Service Specialist needed at Santa Clara store to deliver friendly eyewear assistance and accurate fittings.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, addressing questions, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming environment; must stand for long periods. ABO certification is preferred; flexible schedule including nights and weekends; at least 1 year of retail experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ABO Certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and move around the sales floor or stockroom.
