Competenze

• Prior customer service experience.

Mansioni

• Acting as lead person for designated health plans, contracts and customers.
• Answering phone calls regarding order status.
• Communicating claim denials to providers via mail, email or fax.
• Monitoring delayed orders and communicating updates to providers.
• Reviewing prior authorization requests.
