Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in flagship level retail sales, clienteling, hospitality and store management.
• Proven experience driving results through CRM and store events.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive results thru KPIs.
• Proven history of exceeding expectations time and again.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process.
• Manage and inspire a team of sales specialists.
• Work closely with your retail partners to ensure sales quotas are exceeded.
• Set daily goals, coach and develop team to improve their performance to strive to reach every day.
• Maintain exceptional visual brand standards at all times.
• Act as a style advisor to every customer that walks through the door.
