KREWE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Abbot Kinney store in Los Angeles. This role focuses on driving sales, leading a passionate team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences with a fashion-forward eyewear brand.

You will partner with retail teams and maintain brand standards while nurturing client relationships. This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment in a globally resonant fashion company.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in eyewear.
• 3+ years experience in flagship level retail sales, clienteling, hospitality and store management.
• Proven experience driving results through CRM and store events.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive results thru KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process
• Manage and inspire a team of sales specialists
• Work closely with your retail partners to ensure sales quotas are exceeded
• Set daily goals, coach and develop team to improve their performance to strive to reach every day
