Job Description: CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Eyelet Machine Operator in the Greater Waterbury area. The Eyelet Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring eyelet machines to manufacture high-quality parts according to production specifications. This role ensures that equipment runs efficiently, products meet quality standards, and safety procedures are followed at all times.

Location: Watertown, Connecticut

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate eyelet machines according to job orders and production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and product quality.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on machines.
• Accurately document production data, machine settings, and any issues encountered.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
