Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and provide timely service.
• Explore patient needs and link to eyewear and eye exam offerings.
• Ask clarifying questions and consult with Optician as needed.
• Describe product features and benefits clearly.
• Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately.
• Assist with fitting and placing prescriptions in lenses.
• Maintain displays and keep inventory organized and secure.
• Ensure attendance and adherence to policies.
