Job summary

Bridgeview Eye Partners is seeking a Scribe to support doctors by transcribing data into the patient record during exams and to assist with administrative and clinical tasks. No experience required; training is provided to help you grow in patient care and clinical support.

You will enter data into EHR, help with patient histories, tests, scheduling, and exam room prep, contributing to a smooth, patient-focused experience.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in optometry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter information into EHR during exams as dictated by the doctor.
• Assist optometrist and ophthalmologist with patient procedures.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and monitor patient flow throughout the office.
• Prepare exam room and maintain inventory of medications and supplies.
