Boehringer Ingelheim seeks a Medical Science Liaison / Associate Director to serve a national Eye Health team. You will be a field-based scientific expert engaging ahead with prioritized SCEs and other healthcare stakeholders to support Eye Health objectives.

You will build trusted scientific relationships, translate complex data, and contribute to Medical Affairs strategy. This role requires retinal disease expertise, robust communication, and up to 50% travel.

Formación

• Must have biology/clinical science background with pharma/MSL relevance.
• Ability to perform field-based scientific exchange with healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication and data-interpretation skills.
• Solid knowledge of retinal diseases and ophthalmology landscape.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of time.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and conduct field-based scientific exchange with prioritized SCEs and HCPs in retinal diseases.
• Establish and maintain peer-to-peer scientific relationships with retina specialists and other stakeholders.
• Develop territory plans, map networks, and evaluate engagement strategies.
• Respond to scientific questions in a compliant, non-promotional manner.
• Identify educational needs and evidence gaps; support congress planning and post-meeting synthesis.
