Job summary

VisionFirst Eye Care is seeking a friendly, patient-focused team member to join our Shelbyville location. You’ll greet patients, prep exams, perform pre-tests, and help ensure a smooth, positive visit for every patient. No two days look exactly alike, and you’ll contribute to a caring patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/out processes.
• Prepare patients for exams by taking medical history.
• Perform pre-tests and operate diagnostic equipment as directed.
• Guide patients through their visit with warmth and professionalism.
• Keep patient records accurate and up to date.
• Assist with in-office procedures to maintain efficient patient flow.
