Qualifications

• Experience in extrusion and/or twister manufacturing operations preferred.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience in a production environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of machine processes.
• Capable of maneuvering and lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Extrusion and Twister departments.
• Coordinate with the Extrusion Manager on changeovers.
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
• Maintain accurate daily production reports.
• Perform machine changeovers and quality assurance checks.
