Qualifications

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand tool and product blueprints/specifications.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the running of extruders on the shift.
• Set the dies and maintain process parameters.
• Assist in training Extrusion Operators.

Skills

Understanding of extrusion processing

Good communication skills

Ability to read blueprints/specifications

Basic computer skills

Prior forklift experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
