The role emphasizes meeting production standards on assigned lines and coordinating with rear line operations to maximize throughput. The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, English proficiency, and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience with strong communication skills, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and a willingness to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• 1–3 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Good communication skills with all levels of personnel.
• Basic math skills and some mechanical abilities.
• Willingness to accommodate overtime, weekends, and travel as necessary.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods and climbing ladders or equipment.
• Ability to manage job-related stress and maintain productive interactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and production standards on assigned lines.
• Monitor extrusion functions, communicate with rear line operations, and maximize throughput while adhering to procedures.
• Maintain and care for equipment, initiating maintenance work orders for outages as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of lines per housekeeping requirements and checklists.
• Comply with plant safety regulations and good manufacturing practices.
