Inteplast Group in United States, Georgia is seeking an Extrusion Technician B to manufacture extruded products and maintain safety, quality, and cost targets on assigned lines.

The role requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, 1–3 years manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds; overtime, weekends, and travel may be required. You will monitor extrusion operations, maintain equipment, and support housekeeping and safety compliance in a fast-paced plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Speak, read, and write in English.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnel.
• Basic math skills and some mechanical abilities.
• Willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours including overtime, weekends, and travel.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods and climbing ladders or other equipment.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and production standards on assigned lines.
• Monitor extrusion functions, communicate with rear line operations, and maximize throughput while complying with procedures.
• Properly maintain and care for equipment, initiating maintenance work orders for future outages as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of lines, adhering to daily housekeeping requirements and checklists.

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Extrusion Technician role is to manufacture extruded products and must ensure that production standards relating to safety, quality, outputs, and cost are met.
