Join to apply for the Extrusion Technician - Production Experience role at Compounding Solutions.

We seek a candidate with production experience to train as an Extrusion Technician. This role supports the rapid growth of our manufacturing capabilities. Please note: this is NOT assembly line work; we produce plastic compounds tailored to customer specifications. Candidates should be motivated team players with mechanical & technical knowledge preferred.

1. Technical setup & breakdown of production lines
2. Cleaning parts of the production line
3. Handling multiple materials & operating the production line
4. Maintaining records of activities via job reports
5. Maintaining a clean & safe work area

Pay: 40 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $18-$23/hr depending on experience and skill set. Overtime is available and paid at 1.5x. Additional benefits include a $3.00/hr night shift differential, an annual $1500 bonus for night shifts, monthly production bonuses (extra $1-2/hr), Christmas bonuses, and a paid time off program including birthday PTO, holidays, and shutdown days.
