Job summary

Roskam Foods is seeking a production team member to operate line equipment including filler, sealer, and end-of-line processes. You will follow GMP/SOPs, perform routine quality checks, and assist with training new staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior food manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate line equipment including filler, sealer and end-of-line tasks.
• Follow GMP/SOPs and SSOPs; ensure food safety and proper packaging.
• Complete required paperwork with foreman, supervisor and quality staff.
• Train new/current employees on equipment with supervision.
