Job summary

Roskam Foods, a leading contract manufacturer, is seeking a Production Operator to support multiple lines across our Grand Rapids area facilities. You will operate filler and sealer equipment, perform end-of-line tasks, and assist in training colleagues while ensuring GMP, safety, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include completing line paperwork, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and communicating with Foreman and Supervisors to resolve issues during runs.

Qualifications

• Operates production line equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintains product quality and adheres to GMP standards.
• Follows SOPs and SSOPs; participates in training new staff.

Responsibilities

• Run specified line equipment (Filler, Sealer, EOL, Stacker) as directed.
• Complete required paperwork for production runs and quality checks.
• Keep work area clean and inspect equipment before/after runs.
• Communicate clearly with Foreman, Supervisor and QC; assist training of new staff.
