Job summary

Roskam Foods in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking production line operators to run multiple pieces of equipment, following GMP/HACCP standards while ensuring quality and safety on every shift.

You will train new and existing staff under supervision, complete required paperwork, and keep machinery clean. This role requires teamwork and a flexible schedule with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must follow GMP/HACCP guidelines and SOPs.
• Ability to train new/current employees under supervision.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment (Filler, Sealer, End of Line).
• Complete line paperwork accurately with Foreman and Supervisor.
• Maintain line cleanliness and perform pre/post-run equipment checks.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments clearly.
