Job summary

Candidates should have 1–3 years in manufacturing, strong English communication, and reliable attendance. This position emphasizes adherence to safety regs and routine maintenance of equipment.

Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnel.
• Basic math skills and some mechanical abilities.
• Ability to accommodate non-standard work hours, including overtime and weekends.
• Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 40 lbs.
• Standing, walking, and climbing for extended periods.
• Ability to manage job-related stress and foster productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and production standards on assigned lines.
• Monitor extrusion functions and maximize throughput while following procedures and SOC requirements.
• Maintain and care for equipment; initiate maintenance work orders for outages.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of lines and complete daily housekeeping checklists.
• Comply with plant safety regulations and good manufacturing practices.
